Every Step Recruitment was launched in 2020 by two friends; Claire Brown and Rebecca Feeley. With over 25 years combined recruitment experience, the majority of which they have worked together, they have established a very successful, instinctive, and effective working relationship that has benefitted both Clients and Candidates alike.
Claire Brown - Director
Based in St. Albans, I predominantly cover the Hertfordshire, London, Middlesex and Berkshire areas.
I have worked in the Recruitment industry from 2009, and I have enjoyed a very successful and progressive career as a Consultant, Account Manager and Business Manager. I thoroughly enjoy all aspects of recruitment and feel there is no better sense of achievement than receiving a referral from a former Client or Candidate. I take real pride in my work and recognise the importance of building highly trust-worthy, long-lasting relationships.
Rebecca Feeley - Director
Based in Hitchin, I predominantly cover the Hertfordshire, London, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Cambridge areas.
I joined the Recruitment world in 2007 and I haven't looked back. I have worked in most sectors in different locations gaining extensive experience and promotions such as Branch Manager on the way.
I enjoy making new relationships and continuing to service my loyal Clients and Candidates. Understanding the Clients needs and the team fit is key to finding the perfect Candidate and creating a successful partnership.
